1.  Guaranteed Upfront Price:   Before we start any service or installation job, we’ll give you a guaranteed upfront price in writing.  We don’t start the job until we have your approval, and we never charge more than the guaranteed price, even if the job takes longer than we anticipated.

2.  Same System Guarantee:  We promise that you will not find a comparable system, including installation, for less; otherwise, we’ll match the lowest bid you obtain, and pay $50 in cash on the day we finish installing your system. 

3.  Follow-up Inspection Guarantee:  Once we’ve completed installing a home comfort system, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure quality workmanship.

4.  Five year compressor replacement guarantee:  If you AC system compressor fails within the first five years, we will give you a new outdoor cooling unit free of charge (not responsible for lightning, fire or acts of God).

5.  Five year heat exchanger replacement guarantee:  If  the heat exchanger fails within the first five years of installation in your new home heating system, we will change out your furnace free of charge.

6.  Four year replacement guarantee: If you decide that you are unsatisfied with your residential air conditioning outdoor unit or furnace, at your request, we will replace it free of charge any time within four years of the date installation was completed. 

7.  Guaranteed first-year energy savings:  On all new home heating, cooling, or combined heating and cooling systems, we guarantee that if you do not realize the energy savings you were promised, we will pay you double the difference. 

8.  Workmanship Guarantee:  We guarantee our workmanship for as long as you own not only the system we install, but your home or building as well.  Which means that any faulty workmanship on our part will be corrected free of charge, provided you have your system properly maintained at least once a year.

9.  Parts and labor warranty:  We provide an unlimited warranty on every component in your new system for the specified period of time.
